Safety Tank “the frank” Williams signs with the Patriots today. Tank was a second round pick out of stanford playing for the Titans and most recently the Viks. Last year he was hobbled with an injury and only registered 18  tackles. In his first four years with the Titans he started all 57 games that he played in averaging 66 total tackles and 1 interception per season. So when healthy Tank can contribute. He will probably fill the void of Eugene Wilson and be the third safety.  If he does not succeed on the field we all know what Tank “the Frank” or Frank the Tank can do:
